When we got back from hospital, Steven told me he had a surprise - he had tucked an engagement ring in the folds of the baby's blanket and I found the box. I opened it to see this amazing diamond engagement ring. It's a beautiful ring with a rock in the middle and heart-shaped diamonds on each side, but what I love about it the most is that he designed it himself.
